A traditional companion for your prostrations.
The podruchnik is a small prayer cushion used in Orthodox tradition during prostrations: you place your hands and forehead on it as you bow to the ground, keeping them clean and protected. Soft, thick and elegant, it's a simple way to bring more reverence to your daily prayer.
