Track my order

Every order ships with a tracking number. Here is how to find it.

Check your inbox

Your tracking number was emailed to you the moment your order was dispatched. Look for the subject line "Your Bible is on its way". If you cannot find it, check your spam folder.

Click the tracking link

The email contains a Track my parcel button that takes you straight to the carrier's tracking page.

Allow 24 hours

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If it shows no information at first, that is normal.

Log in to your account to see your order status and tracking at any time.

Order not arrived after 21 days?
Email contact@faithethiopica.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and reship or refund you in full.
