We ship to addresses within the **United States** only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or US territories.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery takes **24 to 48 hours** after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or peak periods may extend them.

## Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

## Incorrect Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you spot an error, email **contact@faithethiopica.com** immediately — we can only amend the address **before dispatch**.
Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your expense or refunded minus shipping costs.

## Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your order has not arrived **21 days after dispatch**, email **contact@faithethiopica.com**.
We will open a carrier investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we reship it at no cost or refund you in full — your choice.
**Marked as delivered but not received?** Check with your household, neighbours and local delivery office, and allow 3 business days. If it still has not appeared, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim.

## Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email **contact@faithethiopica.com** within **14 days of delivery** with photos of the item and packaging.
We send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. **No return needed.**

## Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge **before dispatch**. Email us as soon as possible.
