SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase,
Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays
are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times
are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume, customs
processing, and your location.

Fulfillment
Our books are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner, in
protective packaging.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is
dispatched. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become
active after dispatch. If tracking shows no information at first,
this is normal.

Delays
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch,
contact us at contact@faithethiopica.com with your order number.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and either reship
your order or issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at
checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an
incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error,
contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it if
the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, email us photos at
contact@faithethiopica.com within 14 days of delivery and we will
replace it at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
No return needed.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Email us
within 24 hours of ordering.
