These terms govern your use of faithethiopica.com and any purchase made on this site, operated by NIKANGE LLC trading as FaithEthiopica.
By placing an order, you accept these terms.

## 1. Eligibility

All prices are listed in **US Dollars (USD)**, excluding any applicable sales tax calculated at checkout.
The price that applies is the one displayed when you complete your order.
**Pricing errors.** If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

## 3. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for stock shortages, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Any cancelled order that has already been paid is refunded in full.

## 4. Payment
Payments are processed by **Adyen N.V.**, a licensed payment institution regulated by the Dutch Central Bank.
By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

## 5. VIP Membership
Every purchase includes the VIP Membership, priced at **$49.99 USD per month**.
Your first charge is taken **72 hours after your purchase**. After that, the amount is charged automatically on the same date each month, until you cancel.
**Benefits:** 60% off every future product, priority early access to new releases, and a member discount code with each launch.
**Cancellation:** go to the Manage My Subscription page and complete the form. Cancellation is immediate and stops all future charges. No minimum term, no cancellation fee.

We ship to the **United States** only.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery takes **24 to 48 hours**. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
