## 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind The Complete Ethiopian Bible. If it does not change
the way you read scripture, return it within **90 days** of delivery
for a full refund.
To be eligible, your request must be made within 90 days of delivery,
and the book must be in resellable condition — normal reading wear is
fine.

## How to Return
Email **contact@faithethiopica.com** with your order number and the
email address you used at checkout.
We reply within 48 hours with your return authorization and the
return address. **Please do not ship anything back before contacting
us** — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item arrived damaged
or incorrect.

## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you a confirmation.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within **5 to 10
business days**.

## Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email
**contact@faithethiopica.com** within 14 days with photos.
We send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your
choice. **No return needed.**

## Order Not Received
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Email us
within 24 hours of ordering.
Delivery normally takes 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. If
your order has not arrived within **25 business days of dispatch**,
contact us and we will reship it or refund it in full.

## VIP Membership
The VIP Membership is an **optional** recurring subscription billed at
**$39.99 USD every 14 days**. You are enrolled only if you tick the
VIP box at checkout; if you leave it unticked, you are never charged
and your order goes through normally.
The first charge is taken **72 hours after your purchase**, and every
14 days thereafter until you cancel.
**How to cancel.** Go to the [Manage My Subscription](/pages/manage-subscription)
page and complete the cancellation form, or email
contact@faithethiopica.com. Your subscription is cancelled
immediately and you will not be charged again.
**If you cancel within 72 hours of your purchase, you are never
charged at all.**
Membership fees already charged are non-refundable, as your benefits
are active from the moment payment is processed. Your benefits remain
active until the end of the 14-day period you have paid for.
**Billing errors.** If you were charged twice within the same 14-day
period, or charged after cancelling, email
contact@faithethiopica.com and we refund it in full within 5 business
days.
