We stand behind The Complete Ethiopian Bible. If it does not change the way you read scripture, return it within **90 days** of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible, your request must be made within 90 days of delivery, and the book must be in resellable condition — normal reading wear is fine.

## How to Return
Email **contact@faithethiopica.com** with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
We reply within 48 hours with your return authorization and the return address. **Please do not ship anything back before contacting us** — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you a confirmation. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within **5 to 10 business days**.

## Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email **contact@faithethiopica.com** within 14 days with photos.
We send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. **No return needed.**

## Order Not Received
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
If your order has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, contact us and we will reship it or refund it in full.

The VIP Membership costs **$49.99 USD per month**.
**Your first charge is taken 72 hours after your purchase.** After that, $49.99 USD is charged automatically to your payment method on the same date each month, until you cancel.
There is no minimum term and no commitment. You can cancel at any time.

## How to Cancel
Go to the **[Manage My Subscription](/pages/manage-subscription)** page and complete the cancellation form.
Your subscription is cancelled immediately and **you will not be charged again**. No phone call, no email exchange, no retention conversation.
**If you cancel within 72 hours of your purchase, you will never be charged at all.**
Your VIP benefits remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

## Membership Fees
VIP Membership fees are **non-refundable**. Your benefits are active from the moment your payment is processed, so fees already charged cannot be returned.
Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
